Bruno Santos is considered one of the emerging model sensations that hail from Brazil in the recent years. He is the only male model who was selected to carry out two campaigns simultaneously for two competing fashion houses: Versace and Giorgio Armani.
As an established figure in the modeling industry, Bruno is known for his professionalism and his positive attitude. Bruno’s positive energy is part of his hailing success. He is known for lighting up the room the second he arrives on set and loves to add his own theatrical touch during photo shoots.
Bruno is the oldest sibling in his family, grew up with three brothers and one sister, and played the role of the leader within the household. Bruno has been working since the age of 12, including construction and farm work, which would explain his business savvy mindset! He was an engineering student before he became a model, and taught math as a side job during his schooling.
He considers traveling around the world and experiencing different cultures as a positive point of modeling and life in general, especially when he met his secret crush at the time, Christina Aguilera, at a Versace Shoot. However, Bruno considers traveling away from home and family a downside. As a true family man, Bruno loves to visit with his family in Brazil in his spare time.
Bruno had not considered modeling as a career, but in 2000, his girlfriend, who was modeling at the time, introduced him to her agency. The agency agreed to pay for his expenses to fly to Europe, but Bruno was working full time and did not take the offer seriously. But the agency and his friends eventually changed Bruno's mind about modeling. He thought of the opportunity as a positive change in life, one he could not even imagine, and decided to travel to Paris. Bruno since then has led a lucrative career at the top of the Fashion Industry, and still has mouths dropping!!!
